About Robert Balzebre
Robert Balzebre serves as the President of Chisholm Properties South Beach, Inc. For more than a decade, he has found continuous success within the South Florida real estate market. Having previously practiced real estate transactional law, Robert Balzebre brings legal expertise to his work in property development. He has executed a number of profitable condominium and hotel projects throughout the Miami Beach area.
After working for the real estate firm Russo and Baker, P.A., in Coral Gables, Mr. Balzebre utilized his professional background to tackle his first condo conversion. Exceeding expectations on the condominium conversions, he has since made hotel development a key component of his company’s portfolio. Mr. Balzebre is the hotelier for the Surfcomber Hotel in South Beach. The 200-room property has received multiple design awards for its historical architecture. In 2011, Mr. Balzebre became the first to bring Kimpton Hotels to the area. The company, which is the largest boutique hotel operator in the nation, now manages the Surfcomber.
